Chef Juan Acevedo of Plates & Thyme invites guests to the Chef’s Table Series in Charleston, SC an intimate, ticketed dining experience designed to bring together food, culture, and community in some of the city’s most beautiful and historic venues. Each dinner is thoughtfully curated around the season, the setting, and the people at the table, creating an immersive experience that goes beyond dining and becomes something truly unforgettable.
For this first volume, Chef’s Table Spring Harvest, Chef Juan Acevedo presents a seasonal five course tasting menu inspired by local ingredients, modern Italian influence, and bold Southern flavors. Each course is designed to highlight the freshness of spring while delivering the refined, interactive experience Plates & Thyme is known for.
Guests will begin the evening with a lively Spring Social Hour at Bar Moxy, featuring passed hors d’oeuvres and a welcome cocktail, before moving into the full tasting experience.
This event offers limited seating and multiple ticket options, including an exclusive full experience Interactive Chef’s Table where guests sit with the Chef in kitchen for a behind the scenes dining experience.
